HobIT planning

For the HobIT project, a gantt chart was made to plan out the phasing of the site's development. Using this, my team and I were able to ensure tasks were completed on time within their respective phases. It wasn't all perfect as there was a lack of motivation in some weeks, but after some help from one of our teachers, the project was back up and on schedule.

After getting the project back on track, a Trello board was made to break down tasks, divide them between members and keep track of their completion. This provided a useful overview of the project's current status.

I took cues from the HobIT Trello board and made one for my portfolio. This allowed me to prioritize important features and put aside minor ones for later weeks.

A planning was also made for Space-E during the orienting phase using Notion. This planning wasn't as in-depth as future Trello boards would be, but it was still helpful in tracking the project's progress.
